Annual Dues
 
The Medearis Neighborhood Association Annual Dues of $60, are collected Oct 1 through Dec 31 of every year. The voluntary Annual Dues are vital to our efforts to provide services and activities that benefit our residents, as well as contribute to the overall value of the neighborhood.

Dues pay for the Medearis website, the online Directory and Resident Portal, holiday decorations, neighborhood events and activities, signage repair/replacement, signage lighting and so much more! All of this plays a part to create a small-town feel within the city of Charlotte, where people know each other by name.
 
Please note that regardless of the Dues status with any of our residents, all residents are required to abide by the Covenants & Restrictions, as this is attached to every deed.
