Covenants & Restrictions
 
Medearis has Covenants & Restrictions that are attached to every deed in the neighborhood.
 
Every homeowner in our neighborhood is bound by these Covenants & Restrictions, regardless of whether the voluntary Annual Dues are paid.
 
We ask for all homeowners to consider their neighbors and the neighborhood when introducing an exterior modification or addition. Please ensure that all exterior changes are thoughtful and do not adversely affect the neighborhood.
 
Changes or additions to your home's structure must be submitted to and approved by the MRC. Changes that must be approved include additions, outbuildings, garages, carports, fences, decks, play equipment, mailboxes, and satellite dishes.
